Kristen, Photo Message

I hope to help the Finger Lakes region of NY to continue to thrive through media advocacy.  Clean water and air are essential to the outdoor way of life in this haven for recreation, agriculture and related tourism industries.

My photograph captures the peaceful blue waters of Cayuga Lake.  Our fresh water resources are at stake through various techniques employed through hydrofracking (high pressure horizontal hydraulic fracturing) for natural gas.

This photo message contains my picture of Cayuga Lake.  http://www.flickr.com/photos/67339085@N06/6223455571/in/photostream/

It is meant to be used in an advocacy campaign for preserving freshwater resources and rural integrity.    This is a local campaign meant for Finger Lakes residents and visitors.  Accompanying the photo, text would read:

“What do the Finger Lakes mean to you?
